A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm a party. A party is not confirmed or scheduled until we have received a signed contract and deposit. Any event that is not confirmed within 14 days of the events scheduled date is subject to cancellation. Deposits are not refundable if an event is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the scheduled event. If our schedule allows, a party may be rescheduled without penalty. Any changes made to an event within 7 days of scheduled date, are subject to extra charges. Most menus are for a minimum of 50 persons.  Additional charge for less than 50 persons.  All events are subject to 6% MD Sales Tax and 18% Service Charge. This service charge is not charged as a gratuity, but as compensation for both our catering staff and in house prep teams. Gratuity is to the clients discretion.
