- An Event is not confirmed & scheduled on our calendar until a signed contract & 25% deposit are received
- Deposits are non-refundable, unless event is canceled at least 60 days in advance.
- Changes made to the contract within 7 days of the scheduled event, may be subject to additional charges.
- Final guest count is due to the office the Friday, one week before your scheduled event. (Example, if your event is scheduled for a Saturday, your guest count is due to the office the Friday 8 days before)

-If the guest count is not received by that date, your invoice will be calculated on the current guest count on file.
- Once final guest count is given, you will be sent a final invoice. Final payment is due to the office at least 3 business days before the scheduled date of the event.

Food, beverage and rental charges are subject to a 6% Maryland Sales Tax and an 18% taxable service charge.
The 18% service charge, is not charged as a gratuity. Gratuity is not charged or mandatory & is always to the clients discretion. The service charge is to cover the various expenses for an event, including but not limited to, consultations, menu planning & revisions, site visits, food & beverage ordering and prep, rental coordination & use of all necessary equipment for the event.
